Refund Policy

At Get Things Done (GTD), we want every client to feel confident and satisfied with our work. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and respectful to both you (the client) and us (the service provider).

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all digital and creative services offered through Get Things Done (GTD), including but not limited to:

  • Custom creative work (music, writing, design, and consulting)

  • Training, coaching, or personalized sessions

  • General digital assistance or project support

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service and the progress of work. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before work begins: A full refund may be issued if the service has not yet started.

  • Partial completion: If work has begun but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be issued to cover the uncompleted portion of the service.

  • Completed services: Once a service or project has been fully delivered, refunds are not typically available. However, we’re always open to discussing adjustments or revisions if you’re unsatisfied.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital downloads or delivered creative assets

  • Custom design, audio, or writing work already finalized

  • Promotional, consultation, or time-based sessions once completed

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the service

  • Reason for the refund request

We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a resolution.

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
